A couple years ago I purchased a Pre Owned Certified Honda Civic at Bay Ridge Honda. It was time to purchase another vehicle. I figured i would return to Bay Ridge Honda so I called and set up an appoin Honda Civic at Bay Ridge Honda. It was time to purchase another vehicle. The next day when i went in I was kindly greeted by a woman named Veronica who called the Sales Representative Al Hartley. He was very friendly and knowlegable about the Vehicles. Bay Ridge Honda is a Great place to shop for a car. They treat you right, explain everything and I also received a decent price for my trade-in. There are no pressures or any negativity. They also have the service department across the street that is open late. It is very convenient to bring your car in there and the prices for Oil Changes pretty good and they do it quickly and done right. These people know how to make you feel comfortable when buying a car. I will recommend everyone I know to shop for a car at Bay Ridge Honda. Thanks again :) More

I'm almost bought a new Toyota Rav4 but the car and price did not match what Honda had to offer. Andy's manner was assured without being aggressive, professional, courteous, thorough and focused. At no time during our conversations did I feel that he was pressuring me to complete the sale or impatient to be done in order to look for the "next sale." The negotiations were managed very calmly and efficiently and the details for the transfer of vehicles were handled in an organized and smooth manner.
