We were there to swap out a lease on a 2008 CRV for a new lease of a 2011 Accord. Robert came in on Sunday morning specifically to meet with us as this was his day off. We were pretty impressed that he would give up a few hours of his time to accomodate our schedule and the effort certainly was appreciated by us. Robert was a pleasure to work with and is extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. Dwayne made the financing paperwork seamless and effortless. I commented to my husband that our last visit to finalize our lease seemed to have taken hours compared to this time when I think we were in and out in about one hour. Kudos to Dwayne for his efforts. To sum it all up, the experience was one of the most pleasant that I have ever encountered at a car dealership and I would recommend Rob and Dwayne as well as Bay Ridge Honda in general to anyone with the utmost confidence and without hesitation. Frank was clear, friendly, efficient, and honest in presenting my pricing for a Honda Fit based on the "no haggle" Internet / AAA pricing. He carefully researched details about three options I wanted, and actually saved me money by showing me very specifically how the technical specs for one of the options was not really what I needed. This was a 100% Class Act from a first-rate listener, not just a sales person. Financing was a breeze due to Honda's 0.9% promotion. The Finance guy was not as good or respectful a listener as Frank had been, but he got the job done efficiently. Bay Ridge Honda respected my time, needs, and finances, and every time they said they would do something in a certain time frame, they did. It was a very positive buying experience from start to finish. More

He was always smiling, made me feel comfortable and has his best interest on getting what fitted my needs. Thinking Robert was the end of the bargain but it wasn't. I then dealt with Dwayne Markland who just completed the process with such efficiency. He understood my situation and did his very best to also get me into my new car. I've had a great experience the first time with Bayridge Honda 3 years ago, but this time around it has surpassed it. My wife and I had a less than pleasant experience at BR Toyota less than 15 minutes before entering BR Honda. We were greeted at the front door by a smiling receptionist and invited to help ourselves to c Toyota less than 15 minutes before entering BR Honda. We were also informed where the bathrooms were and allowed to enter the showroom without any salesmen immediately jumping on us. I brought my wife over to the pilot and she immediately fell in love with it. I told her that we were not buying it yet, only looking but I wanted her to look it over with me. We had been looking at the pilot for about 5 minutes and my wife was sitting in the driver's seat but the hood was open and she couldn't see. I was about to close the hood when Marc Anthony, who had been silently standing about ten feet away motioned for me to stay with my wife and closed the hood himself, then said he was available if we had any questions. He waited there patiently and silently until I was ready to ask him a question. He answered all of our questions and when we were done he offered me his business card. I told him that my finances were not yet in order and that I would be back. As he walked us out, he gave me a great price on the car which was basically what I was willing to pay, and would have happily paid. I did a ton of research and knew the invoice price and kbb price and I was a little surprised that he offered me such a fair price. I fully intended on returning and giving Marc Anthony my business as soon as my money was freed up, but a co-worker told me to check out buying a car online. I used a few different sites and got some quotes from various dealers in the Tri-State Area. One of which was Rob Scarpaci from Bay Ridge Honda. His first offer was well below the highest quote I received and even though he wasn't the lowest, He counter offered to come within 150 of the lowest and threw in a set of roof bars to make it worth it and the price wasn't just fair, it was a great deal. When we showed up, Rob treated my wife and I with respect, he didn't try to push us to upgrade on anything, he was friendly and full of information, he set us up quickly and efficiently for the pick-up, he answered all of our questions. The finance manager I spoke to before leaving was also a low pressure pleasure to speak to. I kept expecting him to try and sell me on an extended plan or something else, but he seemed to just be making sure I had no questions left. Overall, the level of service I received at Bay Ridge Honda was outstanding. Their process from start to finish was pleasant and not the pressure cooker some other dealerships feel like. I will recommend Both Rob Scarpaci and Marc Anthony to anyone I come across that is considering a Honda. More
If the used car I purchased is as good as the service I received while purchasing this car I'm in good shape. Sal was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process - recomending good cars within the price range I was working with, answering questions about the car both before and after I selected the car I was purchasing, getting the paperwork in order, working with the bank, etc. I also liked the fact that Bay Ridge Honda had the carfax reports available for display on the dashboard and when I asked if I could have the car inspected by my own mechanic, I got an answer right away that it was no problem and Sal took care of it for me. I didn't have to be there. Also, at first they didn't have a car that was just what we were looking for, but the next day one came in that fit our requirements and I got a call right away to come down and take a look. It was a good experience dealing with Bay Ridge Honda and Sal on this transaction. Did I pay a little more than I needed to? Maybe(according to Consumer Reports and Edmunds,no, I paid a fair price) but the service was worth it. More

Always timely and accurate at answering my questions and assured me that he would make the whole car buying process painless, and he was true to his words. Dwayne was also very professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout my finacing process - provided suggestions and showed me all numbers before finalizing. Not pushy on getting the optional services and products but definitely provided all the information necessary for me to decide. Overall, could not ask for better services from all the gentlemen at this dealership who helped me getting this new vehicle. Will be back this Saturday to install the accessories and I know that will go very well too. I would not hesistate to refer all my collegues and friends to purchase new/pre-owned vehicles from this dealership in the future. Great jobs! More

Michael Belisario was the salesperson we dealt with when purchasing the 2011 Honda Pilot and he was absolutely wonderful as well as the Sales Manager, Mr. George Gambino. Mr. Gambino gave us a great deal that surpassed any other dealership price and it was Michael who went above and beyond to get what we wanted on the Pilot as far as trim, color and the accessories. We were treated with courtesy and professionalism from Michael and anyone else who was assisting us in getting our new vehicle. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the service. We would recommend Bay Ridge Honda to anyone who is looking for a new car and would look to go there again if we ever need another vehicle in the near future. More
