As soon as we (me, my wife and daughter) walk in and the reception lady told us to walk around and she will find someone to help us out. We already explored RAV4 in Bay Ridge Toyota but we didn’t like the way sales man tried to sell us Rav4. When the salesman Ahmed showed up and said hello to us the experience was totally different then what we had at Toyota location. Mr. Ahmed was friendly, very knowledgeable yet he didn’t pushed us on anything which we didn’t need. He listened to us and then at the end he gave his suggestions which kind of we liked. We leased a Honda 2011 CRV SE model and the managers at Bay Ridge Honda Mr. Hank and Mr. Gene were very friendly and cooperative to us. They gave us all the all the information we need about the new vehicle and also information about the service we will get in feature. I also got calls from Ahmed twice and also a call from Bay Ridge Honda about how our new SUV is and did we like it. We will go back this Saturday to install the Roof Racks and Spoiler on it. I never felt rushed, insignificant or was passed over for other customers. When I met with Mr. Fernandez, the sales representative, he NEVER regarded me as a female driver without knowledge. Some people treat female drivers as if we do not exist, as if we ONLY look at the color of a vehicle and not the quality of our purchase, or rush us. Mr. Fernandez and Mr. Bono were excellent! Mr. Fernandez seemed to have a knack of knowing what I needed. When I met with Mr. Bono for the financing aspect he was the absolute best. He was aware that this was my very first purcahse of a car and he desensitized our encounter (in case my car payment was not to my liking) by introducing a superb joke. I laughed, he laughed, I lost my breah, he cried!!! It was great! I felt at ease with his approach of handling my concerns and I never felt that he was being unprofessional. He and Mr. Fernandez were professional, yet not uptight.
