So I've been to other honda dealerships, as well as other car manufacturers. I must say our experience at bay ridge honda with robert scarpaci was great, he was friendly , fast, to the point, and explained e car manufacturers. My initial point of contact via telephone with BayRidge Honda, I've been to several Honda dealerships to inquire my options to lease a new honda. My initial point of contact via telephone with BayRidge Honda, speaking with Joanne a sales asst her feedback and represtation on the phone was excellent. Shortly after upon my arrival the staff and sales staff were very courteous. When discussing my options and issues I have encountered with other dearler ships the assigned sales rep ensured this would be a very easy process. That said, I got my new lease and the process from beginng to end was seamless with no hidden fees, hassel, contradicting prices or requesting unnecessary cost upfront. The sales rep clearly addressed all options and cost and did not walk away to pull a price out of a tree. The sales manager another key contact, knew a selected option of mine would pose an issue however, he did not make any promise but without my knowledge he got the car as requested 45 days prior to the expected due date. The sales rep called by Monday within 24 hrs to say your car is here. Hope my feedback you find useful; note their are very key points within. Courteous, respectful and most of all a dearlship that listens and will provide an overview of the cars within your budget. my nephew and i valerie longo,,,,called bay ridge honda and contacted mr.gambino for a return lease and possible new lease. from the start he was wonderful,,,he put me in contact with robert scarpaci,,,wh and contacted mr.gambino for a return lease and possible new lease. from the start he was wonderful,,,he put me in contact with robert scarpaci,,,who then got us a quote on a brand new lease for a 2011 honda accord. he held the car and started the wheels rolling and said to me,,dont worry ill take care of everything,,,and to my surprise he absolutly did,,,that whols week and when we went to get the car sat jul 30,,,the car was there the paperwork was done also by mr.dwayne markland,,,all i did was sign the papers and they did all the work,,,i would absolutly recommend bay ridge honda to everyone , especially robert ,,i never in my life walked out of a dealership in 45 minutes with a brand new car,,,this is my 4th honda and when my 2010 lease is up i will go to bay ridge honda for a new car,,,,u should have a rating of superior because thats what i would give this dealership and its employees.. oh and they also contacted me today to see how the car was and if we were satisified ,,thank you More

After many months of researching vehicles, looking on line and going to several dealerships what a pleasant surprise to go to Bay Ridge Honda. From the minute I met Al I knew I was in good hands. Unlike so many other car dealers, he was completely friendly, helpful without being pushy, knowledgable and respectful to both me and my 20 year old son. I told him I wanted an Accord and my price range and he pulled up 3 vehicles on his inventory -showed them to me, explained all the differences and worked with me on the pricing. The dealership is first class. They had our 2008 white Honda Accord EX-L buffed and ready the next day for pickup. The financing dept manager, Craig Bono, also was terrific - spent 2 hours making sure my son and I understand all our financing options and helped us make the right choice. Al took care of our old Mazda also - we donated it and Honda took care of that too! They have a terrific inventory for used cars - unlike all the dealers who pull the bait and switch! I had such terrible experiences at Plaza Auto Mall in Queens and at Guiffre Hyundai & Kia in Bay Ridge - i cannot express how different Bay Ridge Honda is... ultimate professionals and couldn't be nicer (and not in a fake, cheesy I want to sell you a car way... sincerely, nice).
