I went to Bay Ridge Honda after a horrible experience at Plaza Honda. Everything about the 2 dealerships is as different as night and day, from being greeted at reception, through the sale, and financing.. Plaza Honda. The overall feel of the store seems truly based on the customer and NOT just the sale. I truly feel that our salesman Robert Scarpaci was honest with us through the entire process...and wanted us to be happy with the car, and he was more concerned with that..then with the actual sale. I would recommend this dealership to any friend looking for a new car. More

DO NOT LEAVE A DEPOSIT, if you ever decide for whatever reason to not purchase the car, even though they say its 100% refundable, it is a lie. They cheat you for your money. STAY AWAY. I am also telling all my friends and family to never go there. It was a nice experience at first, but they rush you to pick up the car right away. I went in for a new car, spoke to a salesman, very friendly. But once they lure you in, that's it. They get cocky, and if you don't buy from them, they get very arrogant. I was planning to come back but after they lied about refunding my deposit, I'm going to Jersey. More
