I was referred to the Bay Ridge Honda dealership by my cousin who sang their praises. Gene Huxley greeted me and I explained what I wanted and the terms I was looking for. His knowledge and quick, detailed answers to my questions made it very easy to lease my fourth Honda Accord. The expertise was evident; the process and paperwork were made very simple and uncomplicated. Very quickly, I went forward with my decision to lease another Accord and deciding to lease from Bay Ridge Honda was worth the trip over the Verrazano Bridge. Even ringing the bell in congratulations was a fun experience. Jhonnattan Valerio was also very instrumental in my decision. His assistance in showing me interior and exterior features and sample colors made this experience quite pleasant. Jhonnattan handled all the details when I dropped off my 2009 and I picked up my new car. His efficiency was very obvious; he covered all the details involved quite easily and graciously. Gregory and bay ridge were great. I had apprehension as I was buying my first real car (and first new one). I was up front about what I wanted after having done research (a 11 crv lx or exl) and went to t I was buying my first real car (and first new one). I asked q few questions I knew the answer to to get a sense of reliability (honesty and knowleldge). The answers were spot on. Price was also great. I was offered invoice (simply due to the fact that the 12 is a redesign), which was the market value according to edmunds. My wife later came for her own test drive and we brought my son and his car seat to see how to install it (dealers won't test drive w baby in the car for obvious reasons). There was no push to get options I didn't want or to upsell me which I really appreciated (and frankly would have caused me to walk out). And afterward I had a few small questions about the car (ie how to move the rear cargo tie downs) after reading the manual. Greg got back to me lightening fast w the right answer. The kicker was that when my wife was on her test drive, I asked anotyher salesman(who I told I was working w Greg) about the baby seat placement and he was super helpful even though he was nit going to be fianancially rewarded. His name was Samir, so that is my plug for him! Would recommend them to a friend in a heartbeat. More

I was directed to Frank Baldassare because of the Costco auto purchase program. By all measures, this is the least painful and the most efficient that I had ever experienced in car purchase. Each time, I had to spend time with the salesman and/or the manager for them to sell me the extra stuff (LoJack, extended warranty, etc.) that I don't need or want. Frank was honest, straight forward and pleasant to deal with. He was very patient and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy anything else even with the finance manager. The price was good because it was under the Costco program. I strongly recommend Frank and Bay Ridge Honda if you plan to purchase a new Honda car. More
