My husband and I were looking to purchase a minivan as our family is expanding. We currently owned a Nissan Rogue, which was too small for us, and we needed to trade it in. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Mark Anthony was also very patient in dealing with us as we were having difficulty with our trade in. It took us 3 1/2 months to finally purchase the Odyssey. Together with his sales manager, Gene, they really were willing to work within our means and offer the best possible deal. I highly recommend this dealership as this is the fourth car that my husband and I have purchased from this location. Additionally, I strongly recommend dealing with Mark Anthony as he is truly concerned with the best interest of his clients. More

Working with Bay Ridge Honda was a smooth and pleasant experience. I leased my 5th Honda Civic from them on 1/5/12 and my only regret is that I didn't go to this dealership for my last 4 Civics. First timer to buy a Honda vehicle (Odyssey EX)and Raymond offered all the assistance we needed. On the delivery day, Raymond even spent 20+ minutes to demonstrate various features in the vehicle. We found Raymond very friendly and straightforward (contracting to our perception of pushy and tricky sales persons). We also had a pleasant experience with Frank while dealing with finance documentation. Since our last auto purchase was 10 years ago, Frank went through all the details ensuring us to understand all the agreements that we were signing up for. Again, he was not pushy (i.e., not putting us into uncomfortable position when we declined extended warranty). We are very please with our purchase experience, and we would highly recommend Bay Ridge Honda! Thanks Raymond and Frank! More
Frank was very friendly. When I first went to Bay Ridge Honda, I was afraid it would be like other dealerships. No attention would be paid to the customer, the only thing important is the money. I was referred to the Bay Ridge Honda dealership by my cousin who sang their praises. Gene Huxley greeted me and I explained what I wanted and the terms I was looking for. Without hesitation, he assured me that it was very doable. Gene's professionalism was very apparent. His knowledge and quick, detailed answers to my questions made it very easy to lease my fourth Honda Accord. The expertise was evident; the process and paperwork were made very simple and uncomplicated. Very quickly, I went forward with my decision to lease another Accord and deciding to lease from Bay Ridge Honda was worth the trip over the Verrazano Bridge. Even ringing the bell in congratulations was a fun experience. Jhonnattan Valerio was also very instrumental in my decision. His assistance in showing me interior and exterior features and sample colors made this experience quite pleasant. Jhonnattan handled all the details when I dropped off my 2009 and I picked up my new car. His efficiency was very obvious; he covered all the details involved quite easily and graciously.
