It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Bay Ridge Honda and more specifically, my salesman, Mr. Michael Belisario. I was browsing the market for quite some time and I narrowed it down to th Bay Ridge Honda and more specifically, my salesman, Mr. Michael Belisario. I was browsing the market for quite some time and I narrowed it down to three models: Subaru Outback, Toyota Rav-4, and the Honda CR-V. In fact, I had visited many dealerships in the 5 boroughs, including Long Island. In fact, I even went as far as Southern Connecticut and Massachusetts to find the best dealership. After interacting with many dealerships and salesmen over the course of many months, it was clear to my family and me that we were being treated exceptionally well by Mr. Belisario. Mr. Belisario's integrity, professionalism, patience, sincerity, and pressure-free approach was what separated him from the others and certainly the deciding factor why we chose Bay Ridge Honda. Since the purchase of our CR-V, we've made several purchases outside of the automotive market. The customer service we received from Mr. Belisario and from those at Bay Ridge Honda in Mr. Belisario's absence, was remarkably better than the service we received at other places - even to this day. Didn't work with me on the price, which was important to me as it was my first new car purchase and I was financing the deal. Being that it was the traditional "year end clearances" time for most dealership me as it was my first new car purchase and I was financing the deal. Despite this, Robert was true to the sticker price - I paid what the sticker said without too much haggling - and was on the mark when he came up with the monthly payment figure. He also tried to get me the particular car that I wanted. I had to wait only one hour before i could see the finance manager at the end of the deal. Not bad for a car dealership. Robert was very polite under these circumstances beyond his control. More
