After having a horrible previous experience @ another dealership (which may I add is out of business now), I found it hard to believe that it was possible to ever trust & have a pleasant experience again dealership (which may I add is out of business now), I found it hard to believe that it was possible to ever trust & have a pleasant experience again. I was surprisingly proved wrong from the moment I walked into bay ridge Honda to the moment I sat at mark Anthony's desk, til the moment I walked out that door. The degree of his kindness & generosity goes above & beyond. His honestly & loyalty was greatly appreciated. It put you in such a comforting position to know you were treated not only with respect but as a fellow human being. I can't put it into words what mark has done for myself & our family. To say that I would recommend mark again, is an understatement. He truly is a wonderful human being & sales man. Looking forward to doing business with them again. More

I have leased my last 3 cars through Bay Ridge Honda's Costco Program. Frank has always been very knowledgable, efficient and helpful in making the leasing process very easy. He contacts me prior to my Costco Program. Frank has always been very knowledgable, efficient and helpful in making the leasing process very easy. He contacts me prior to my lease expiration date to advise if Honda is having any incentives that can get me out of my existing lease and into a new car. When I picked up the car, he takes the time to explain every feature the car has. I am recommending Bay Ridge Honda, especially Frank, to my family and friends. I know I will be seeing them again in 3 years when this lease is up. More

Once again, we decided to driv Honda Corporation, On this day, it is my pleasure to share with you, my latest experience at Bay Ridge Honda. Once again, we decided to drive a Honda automobile, for many reasons. To name a few important reasons, high performance and safety, many model selections, price range, consumers interest and benefits, and outstanding customer service. It is financially a difficult time for many of us, due to the ailing economy. It is a tremendous decision, and huge investment to indulge in a new vehicle. We were hoping to have financial comfort in purchasing a new automobile. This comfortable, and enjoyable experience, began when we walked in the door at Bay Ridge Honda. We were soon greeted, and welcomed, introducing us to a Sales and Leasing Consultant named Michael Belisario. Michael with his genuinely friendly personality, invited us to join him in his office. He discussed with us, what desires, and needs we were hoping to find with Honda. Michael dedicated himself, extending his attention, and time to us. He sincerely listened, and understood, he sat a few minutes in deep thought, and began to put it all in place, by taking us to the car in the showroom, which caught our eye and interested us, to look it over the details in the car. We returned to Michael's desk, and we discussed the financial options available to us, and with Michael's efforts the best way for us. We exchange a hand-shake accepting the plan we agreed was the one for us. Michael started, and finished all the necessary paper work with ease. He suggested we go out, enjoy a lunch and relax, while our vehicle was prepared for us to drive home, so we did just that. When we returned, we found everything had been completed. Michael escorted us to our new car, opening the doors for us, handed us the keys, and sat in with us to look over details in our new car. Our new 2011 CR-V was formally introduced to us. What a FEELING. It was GREAT. Michael congratulated us, and expressed his best wishes for us. It was so nice of him, to be a part of this happy, and exciting moment. Michael let us know that, if there was anything in the future, he could do for us, do not hesitate to call him. He made us feel so important to him, from his "Hello" to "Keep in Touch." Michael Belisario is a fine salesman, he seriously works for Honda, and sincerely works for the customer, what a plus for both of us. It was a memorable day for us, and it could not have been any better than it was. We have made some both small and big decisions in our years, and this decision was truthfully a pleasant one, and one we will not regret. We are very happy, we are a member of the Honda family, and we are certain in the future, we will continue our loyalty to Honda.
