After researching and doing test driver of several types of SUVS, I decided on the Honda Pilot. I actually went to another Honda dealership first and wasn't too impressed with their customer service or the of SUVS, I decided on the Honda Pilot. At Bay Ridge Honda I received top rate customer service from not only Chris, my sales rep, and Gene, the financial wizard, but also the manager, receptionists and other sales reps. They always had a smile and a hello, asking if I needed anything. Chris was great! He was upfront and honest, two things I cherish. The price he quoted me was spot on and matched the numbers I had come up with. I received great customer service both in and out of the showroom and would definitely recommend Bay Ridge Honda to anyone! Oh, and I love my new Pilot!! More

Since I was afraid of dealing with a dealership, I did my homework on-line and thought I would purchase a car on line so as not to deal with a salesperson. However, I had to test drive a car eventually so we went to the Bay Ridge dealership. We were warmly received and met with Mark Anthony and decided to purchase it at Bay Ridge Honda. Mark changed my mind about car salesman who are typically characterized as aggressive and tricky. Mark allowed us to inspect the CRV which was on my top list without pressing us to purchase the car right away. We went for a test drive and he showed us the various componets of the car. I was so impressed with his knowldege of the car and the new technology. Afterwards, he went through the specific types of CRVs and we were able to make the right decision for us and fell in love with the 2012CRV-EXL. One of Mark Anthony's best qualities as a dealer is his knowledge of the car and the new technology. At the dealership, everyone treated us warmly and the best part is that valet parking was available in Brooklyn. This took off the pressure of coming to Brooklyn from Staten Island. They gave me a great price to begin with - one I could barely argue with. (I tried, of course, but to little avail - that said, I really cannot complain!)
