Everyone that I encountered at Bay Ridge Honda was incredibly personable. I have been without a vehicle since moving to Brooklyn in September of 2000. Since moving to Bay Ridge I was recently advised I had a spot in the garage available to me. I was in a bit of a hurry to find a September of 2000. Since moving to Bay Ridge I was recently advised I had a spot in the garage available to me. I was in a bit of a hurry to find a vehicle I could afford along with affording the insurance payments I knew would be considerable due to not having insurance in my name in so many years. My first trip on Thursday, 23/Feb to the Ford dealership did me not a bit of good as they could not assist me in finding a vehicle for payments of 200 or less per month. Searching my crackberry for the Honda dealership I knew was in the area I found the location of Bay Ridge Honda and headed on over. Michael was the first salesman to approach me as I wandered in feeling pretty dejected to the side doorway. I explained my situation and although a tough one, Michael had me take a seat at his desk to see what my options would be. Mr. Belisario was very informative and in no one a pushy hard salesman (the ones I hate). He came up with the lease option on the Honda accord and after some discussions with the finance dept. was able to offer me a lease on the Honda Accord for 199 a month. Perfect. Now the insurance! I told Michael my concerns and quotes from Progressive I had gotten and he looked about as horrified as I was. He through experience with family members knew just what to do. He contacted Geico and had me have a seat right at his desk to discuss the options. Before handing the phone he very nicely asked that the agent at Geico give me a pretty aggressive rate. Voila! The quote I received was HALF what Progressive wanted and suddenly a brand new care was absolutely doable! My experience with working with Michael as well as with the Bay Ridge Honda finance staff could not have been better! They converted my dejected stressful mood within an hour to joyful! My special thanks once again to Michael Belisario. He did not have to go so far out of his way for me at all and did even down to the pickup and showing me where everything was in the vehicle to take her home to her new parking spot in the garage! Michael is a real asset to the Bay Ridge Honda dealership as well as to Honda America itself.
