I hate shopping for new cars, it is a very intimidating experience. Jaime Fernandez came right over to me to see if I needed help. He showed me the models/colors, answered all my questions, found out all the information about the AAA Buyer Program for me, was very knowledgeable, polite, respectful, friendly and helpful. The best part was that at no point did he pressure me or try to push something that I wasn't interested in. He just made me aware of all my options and left it up to me to decide. Each time I entered the showroom the receptionists greeted me with a smile and "How can I help you?" I must say it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I ever had and this is my 4th car. More

Dealership has a no pressure approach to sales. Jeff Goldberg was patient and willing to entertain questions. Good selection of Honda certified used cars. Quick turn-around time. After several visits to honda in the hopes of an early trade in on my lease, i have to say i was a bit reluctant when i recieved a call back from Andy Feldman. Andy was very prompt and courteous. My first question to him was is this going to happen or am I going to be disappointed again? He assured me that the deal would be sealed. Well he kept his word. He was very patient in helping to decide which car to go with as well as selecting colors for interio and exterior. He was very informative about the differences in the car I had and the new model I selected. I didn't feel pressured at all. He made me feel very comfortable.When I returned to actually sign agreements and pick up the car Andy went out of his way to make sure the transaction went as smoothly and expeditiously as possible, He went over all the manuals and pointing out how to use some of the newer features of this newer model e.g blue tooth and siirs radio. I was Impressed by this because in prior sales, tsaleswoman usually said,"the manuals are in the glove compartment" so yes, I feel he went that little extra and it was appreciated. I believe Andy is an asset to the Honda family and acalled and honest gentleman. I also met with Dwayne Markland who was also a pleasure to talk to. He also was very prompt and courteous. He didn't waste time explained everything I was signing and made me feel comfortable. Also another asset to the Honda family. More

I purchased two cars (Honda Pilot, and Honda CR-V) both 2012 model, full option navigation included in both cars. The problem was in the installation of lo-jack that we did not want. Another problem was th 2012 model, full option navigation included in both cars. The problem was in the installation of lo-jack that we did not want. Another problem was that the Pilot did not have the navigation system installed. Another problem they hit me with %3.59 interest rate on the CR-v and %1.9 on the Pilot. When I reviewed the contract agreement that night on 12/22/2011, I found few mistakes, and they fixed them. Then the next day it hit me, that they over charged me with everything. I went back the next day to complain, and after a long argument they removed the extended warranty, and refused to remove the lo-jack. I didn't accept the deal, but I had no choice then, I filed a complaint to the Attorney General's Office, BBB and Consumer Affairs. I refused to make payments until my issues are resolved. Robert Scarpaci and Dwayne Markland work on the scam together, they give you a wonderful verbal prices, then when you want to seal the deal, they start coming up with excuses about your credit score from over 20 years ago to jack-up the interest rate. Force extended warranties, and lo-jacks. At the end you end up signing a contract agreement for way much more than you bargained for. Its the worst dealership ever,DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS with BAY RIDGE HONDA. More
Had yesterday bought our 4th Honda (Honda CRV, EX-L)from this dealership. I cannot commend enough the professionalism of people we had dealt with - Igor, the financial guy CJ, ladies in the reception area. this dealership. They took all the kinks out of a purchasing experience, which, at least in Brooklyn, can be difficult and even traumatic (as we had discovered a few years back when we decided to buy a Toyota from one of the local dealerships, which turned into a very unpleasant and nasty experience). Igor Schiff was extremely detail oriented and took care of EVERYTHING. At first we wanted to finance our new Honda through MCU, which had offered a very nice rate as we thought. CJ, the financial guy had gotten us an even better rate from a different bank. Igor was extremely knowledgeable about all the different options offered by Honda and is extremely patient. I am not an employee at BayRidge Honda, nor do I have any family members working there. I have no connection to this dealership other than a fact that I bought my car there. Just am extremely satisfied with the service and knowledge of people working there, making a step of buying or selling vehicle a very pleasant and positive experience. As long as Honda makes great vehicles, I will strongly consider Bay Ridge Honda as a place where I'll get my next vehicle purchase. More
