My wife and i walk into Bay Ridge Honda ;we had an appointment to 'look at' a few cars with Elizabeth. We bought a Civic 2012 EX; The process was smooth , professional and quick and we got a great d appointment to 'look at' a few cars with Elizabeth. We drove away with the new car the next day with our little daughter. Elizabeth Polanco was super professional, courteous ,friendly , helpful and respectful, and she doesn't skip explaining/showing us the little details. She really tries to satisfy all our request ,answer all our questions graciously. We will see her again for our 'next' Honda and will definitely will recommend her to all our friends and families.
