Had a flat the very next day, so I called Igor and it was repaired a few hours later. Now that is good service. This is my first review of Igor and it surely won't be the last. Let me start of by saying I saved a lot of money with the price and the payment plan he offered, I'll be honest after a good price there's not much that can sour me on an auto purchase. But they know the game and they don't waste time playing it. They're seeking your satisfaction first, then your money. We're all aware of the stereotypical salesman but I can assure you that they don't work here. It felt like he was in my corner, I spoke candidly about my financial situation and all of my requests and in return he did the same about my options. I also had everything taken care of extremely fast, a hassle free buying experience is certainly something to treasure, especially when you can expect it each and every time you visit.
