I was referred to Jhonnattan through the sales manager at Bay Ridge Honda. Jhonnattan was very attentive to my interests and concerns for the new vehicle I was looking for. At no time did Jhonnattan push me Bay Ridge Honda. Jhonnattan was very attentive to my interests and concerns for the new vehicle I was looking for. At no time did Jhonnattan push me in any specific direction. He took a good deal of time with me and helped me with comparisons of different vehicles. I never felt pressured and I felt I was given a very good deal on the purchase. Everything I asked for was taken care of in very good time and all follow-ups with processing and my insurance agent were done very quickly. The vehicle was ready on-time and with no setbacks or headaches. Jhonnattan took the time to explain everything my wife and I needed to know about the vehicle before the purchase and when we were ready to drive it home. I will say that dealing with Calixius Joseph in the finance department was also a pleasant experience and we were given multiple choices of financing for our new vehicle. My wife and I were very happy and satisfied with our experience with Bay Ridge Honda and the sales and finance staff. Karim was amazing! I had previously worked with him when I leased a truck from Toyota and when I found out he was at Honda we went there to lease a new car. As an educated buyer, I did my homework prior to buying/leasing my 2012 Honda Pilot. I researched the Pilot online and spoke to a few friends who owned the 2011 Pilot. I Knew how much I was willin buying/leasing my 2012 Honda Pilot. I researched the Pilot online and spoke to a few friends who owned the 2011 Pilot. I Knew how much I was willing to put down and what I was willing to pay per month. I began my quest at 9 am in the morning and visited 4 different Honda Dealerships from Jersey's Route 22 Honda & Metro Honda to Staten Island Honda and Queens Hillside Honda). Some were insulting my intelligence while some were upfront with what they are willing to do for me. By 6:00 pm, I ended up in Bayridge Honda where I was greeted with Valet parking. Sean Park welcomed me in and we got right to the point. I told him that I was firm on what wanted and if he couldn’t match it I was calling it a day. Sean looked at me with a smile and said "What do I need to do to earn your business?....." Now that’s what I am talking about. All the other Honda Dealerships made it seems like they were doing me a favor. But Sean was showing me that they need my business, because after all, I’m in the market to BUY and they’re in the market to SELL. Within 45 minutes and with little time wasted I was the proud owner of a 2012 Honda Pilot. They gave me a fair value for my Nissan where the other guys...Jeez they wanted my underwear with it. I highly recommend BayRidge Honda (not because i used to live in Bayridge for 30 years)but because of their Honesty, Professionalism and Success in making clients happier Honda owners.
