I have owned only new Honda Accords (5 of them) since 1987. On April 14, 2012, I walked into Bay Ridge Honda just to "look" at and price the current CR-V model. I was greeted by Eddie Itskovich and ins 1987. On April 14, 2012, I walked into Bay Ridge Honda just to "look" at and price the current CR-V model. I was greeted by Eddie Itskovich and instantly felt comfortable. I told him that I had recently had a hip replacement and was considering "moving up" to a CR-V since it was easier for me to get in and out. Eddie was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful in introducing me to the CR-V's features, colors, advantages, etc., and in answering the many questions I had. He convinced me (without being pushy or aggressive) to purchase the car, which I did. I picked it up on April 24, and am slowly getting used to the many wonderful features (in particular, I love the backup camera). I would highly recommend Bay Ridge Honda (and Eddie) to anyone who is in the market for a new car. More
I left my Civic 2008 to fix oil leak from engine block early in the morning. About 5 pm, I received a phone call from the dealership explaining the problem and the cost to fix it. In other words, no one even tuched the car about 8 hours. Why than you set my appointment on 7:45 am?? Next day picked the car up. First what I noticed was a lot of dust inside the car. Apparently they kept the car in their parking lot with windows opened over night. A few days later while washing my car I noticed that front bumper placed improperly. I guess they took fr.bumper off when worked on engine, and than put it back with out much care about. Very disappointed and for sure Iam not going to put my foot on floor of Bay Rdge Honda/Volvo ever again. Better I drive over Hudson to Rt. 22 Honda, Hillside NJ, where I serviced my cars for about decade with out any problem at all before I moved to Brooklyn. P.S. There was an other visit to the service department on minor issue a few months before that. An appointment was set two weeks in advance to replace split sun visor. When I came in, the customer service rep could not find my appointment in the computer(although a day before I was called from dealer to confirm my appointment). After all, they replaced the visor but service rep did it as if they did me biiiig favor. More

The service we received is very very good. My experience with Bay Ridge Honda was absolutely great and nothing compared to my experiences with other dealerships in the past. Our sales rep was Eduard Its with Bay Ridge Honda was absolutely great and nothing compared to my experiences with other dealerships in the past. Our sales rep was Eduard Itskovich. He is very helpful, knowledgeable, nice and provided amazingly fast service. Based on our needs, he explained us very detailed about a car we want and help us to choose the right car, without any pressure or unnecessary talking, which most other reps always do. The entire process was incredibly fast and easy and took only 2 days from our first walk in to actually leaving the dealership with a new car. Thanks to Eduard, we love our new Odissey! More

Gregory explained every detail of my new 2012 Honda Pilot.... the bluetooth handsfree was the best updated "safety feature" in my opinion. I was referred to Jhonnattan through the sales manager at Bay Ridge Honda. Jhonnattan was very attentive to my interests and concerns for the new vehicle I was looking for. At no time did Jhonnattan push me Bay Ridge Honda. Jhonnattan was very attentive to my interests and concerns for the new vehicle I was looking for. At no time did Jhonnattan push me in any specific direction. He took a good deal of time with me and helped me with comparisons of different vehicles. I never felt pressured and I felt I was given a very good deal on the purchase. Everything I asked for was taken care of in very good time and all follow-ups with processing and my insurance agent were done very quickly. The vehicle was ready on-time and with no setbacks or headaches. Jhonnattan took the time to explain everything my wife and I needed to know about the vehicle before the purchase and when we were ready to drive it home. I will say that dealing with Calixius Joseph in the finance department was also a pleasant experience and we were given multiple choices of financing for our new vehicle. My wife and I were very happy and satisfied with our experience with Bay Ridge Honda and the sales and finance staff. I have leased or bought several cars at Bay Ridge Honda in the past 15 years. The reason I come back to Bay Ridge Honda is "Joe Barca". He makes buying or leasing a car a pleasure, and I do not like car sa in the past 15 years. The reason I come back to Bay Ridge Honda is "Joe Barca". Karim was amazing! I had previously worked with him when I leased a truck from Toyota and when I found out he was at Honda we went there to lease a new car. He is professional, courteous and most important I leased a truck from Toyota and when I found out he was at Honda we went there to lease a new car. He is professional, courteous and most importantly honest. My husband and I had recently filed for bankruptcy and no one would even talk to us about leasing a car. Karim told us to come on in and he would try his best to help us. He did just that. He leased us a 2012 Honda Accord. No gimmicks, no bs. I would follow Karim to whatever dealership he went to. Bay Ridge Honda is lucky to have Karim. I would recommend Bay Ridge Honda and specifically Karim to anyone who is in the market to buy/lease a car. More
