Karim Mohammed was first to help me when I came into the dealership. Though I was initially just intending to browse and shop around a bit, the customer service that Karim provided was so encouraging that a dealership. While I was convinced that getting a car from this dealership was definitely a plan I felt safe in carrying out thanks to Karim, I was a bit concerned on how actually going about paying for this car would go. Joseph Calixtus was an amazing representative as well and did such a wonderful job in explaining how I could finance the car, although my credit was not best, he still worked so hard and was able to secure a very affordable loan payment plan for me. Before I knew it, I was leaving the dealership the very next day with my own rally-red 2012 Honda Civic Coupe. I could not see this happening at any other dealership and I am very thankful to Karim Mohammed and Joseph Calixtus for their beyond superior customer service and patience and all the other staff members that stopped by to just say hello and made my family and I even all the more comfortable there at Bay Ridge Honda dealership.
