Bay Ridge Honda

My wife and I were on the used car lot at Bay Ridge Honda shopping for a minivan. My wife say a gentleman, who was already with a customer, and she said " I want that guy to help us because he has a warm and shopping for a minivan. Lodhi was the most pleasure to work with, he was very patient and helpful and most important he was not at all pushy or misleading. We did drive off the lot with a wonderful 09 Honda Odyssey. A few days later we received a call from Lodhi, not to our surprise, he was just checking to see how we were enjoying our minivan. I had been vehicle shopping for awhile, since I had decided not to lease another Nissan, which had been my choice for the past 13 years. I have never been a fan of Hondas but was impressed with the write-ups on the redesign of the CR-V, so I decided to stop by Bay Ridge Honda, as I drove by one February morning. I was looking over an attractive Sage Green CR-V in the showroom when Jhonnatan Valerio approached me, introduced himself and said he would be happy to answer any questions I had. His desk just happened to be right next to the model I was looking at so he suggested I sit down to discuss the vehicle. Jhonnattan was friendly, patient and knowledgeable, but most importantly, respectful. He listened to my concerns and answered my many questions, without being condescending. There was no pressure or urgency as he explained the features of the car and addressed all of my concerns. He suggested that I test drive the CR-V to see how I liked it, especially since a concern I had was rear and side "blind spots" that I had experienced with my Rogue. Negotiating a deal with Jhonnattan seemed straightforward, honest and fair. Jhonnattan handled the plates, registration and all the incidentals for the new car, as weal as, arranging for the inspection and return of my Nissan lease, keeping me informed throughout the process. When I picked up my CR-V Jhonnattan took the time to explain all the features, warranties and again answered all of my questions. He was patient and thorough, telling me to stop by anytime if I needed something explained. I would definitely recommend him and Bay RIdge Honda for future sales. I was impressed at how efficiently the lease was completed by the friendly and professional team working with Jhonnattan. Thank you for a very pleasant experience. More

After having difficulty with another Honda dealership, the staff at Bay Ridge Honda was more then helpful in putting me in a new vehicle. Raymond Yu, upon hearing my problems, offered to put me right in the staff at Bay Ridge Honda was more then helpful in putting me in a new vehicle. Raymond Yu, upon hearing my problems, offered to put me right in touch with his manager if I wanted to deal with him directly or any other salesperson. Given that the industry is commissions based, that right there showed that they had my interest in the forefront. The manager John came over a few times just to make sure that things were going ok, and to see if he could be of assistance.
