My wife and I have had many experiences with Honda Dealerships; we both agree Bay Ridge Honda is the best dealership we have dealt with. The night we purchased our 2012 Accord EX-L we went to contract around 9:00 PM. The dealership usually is open until 9:00; but Craig Bono remained to complete the transaction until 10:00 PM, although we were all a little anxious to go home. Because of the late hour we negotiated to take cash on a trade in rather than make it part of the deal. When we subsequently advised John of our inadvertent decision, he made the deal to our satisfaction. I have seldom experienced such professionalism and deference to customers. I live in New Jersey and was looking for a used Honda Pilot. I went to two NJ dealerships and neither of them was willing to deal. When I showed up to one of the NJ dealerships after I had agreed to the Pilot. I went to two NJ dealerships and neither of them was willing to deal. I am very happy with the experience and the car is fantastic! Lodhi was easy to work with and Peter, the manager, was awesome.
