I had such a bad experience with this dealership I don't know where to begin. I had purchased 2 new Honda's from another dealer and should have went back to them. We made a deal to purchase a new CRV for know where to begin. I had purchased 2 new Honda's from another dealer and should have went back to them. We made a deal to purchase a new CRV for a certain price but when we get to the finance dept a completely different price was financed. CJ gave us 2 options to finance the car and pushed us to take the higher payment plan but never said that there was a $3000 price increase. Never said there was a $1500 install charge for LoJack. He rushed us to sign the papers and never explained what we were signing hoping we would not see the price increase. I went home and reviewed the papers and realized the price increase. I went back the next day to see why the higher price was charged and CJ pulled out a paper that I signed saying that I understood everything I was signing but never explained what each paper was. He kept saying "you know i don't have to tell you you signed a contract". When I said I want to return the car he said "you know this is not Macys, it doesn't work like that". They wouldnt take off the $1500 install charge for LoJack but took off some for the price of the car. When my wife called to complain to Mohammed Haque about the price increase, while she was yelling at him, I saw Mohammed take my cell and place it to CJ's ear. I can go on and on about how rude they were but I wont. My 23 year old daughter is looking to buy a new car and we will be going to Hillside Honda instead. More

My wife and I have had many experiences with Honda Dealerships; we both agree Bay Ridge Honda is the best dealership we have dealt with. The night we purchased our 2012 Accord EX-L we went to contract around 9:00 PM. The dealership usually is open until 9:00; but Craig Bono remained to complete the transaction until 10:00 PM, although we were all a little anxious to go home. Because of the late hour we negotiated to take cash on a trade in rather than make it part of the deal. When we subsequently advised John of our inadvertent decision, he made the deal to our satisfaction. I have seldom experienced such professionalism and deference to customers. I would refer anyone to this dealership. More
