When i went to pick up my vehicle, Joe was very professional and patient, explaining things in details to me, and also gave me enough time to go through all the documents before i sign anything. No hard sell of any thing, just what i already agreed upon with Cars Direct. Joe also spent a good deal of time with me even after i've already signed all the papers, explaining all the features of the vehicle and a lot of stuff in the manual/quick guide, and guiding me step by step as i familiarize myself with the vehicle. This is a completely different experience compared to the honda dealership where i got my other vehicle years ago (my memories with the other dealer are mostly negative). More
