This was an absolutely excellent car buying experience right from the get go. Al is a really fantastic, low pressure salesman that gives a great name to the otherwise sleazy reputation car dealers tend to right from the get go. I thank God Almighty for leading us to Bay Ridge Honda. I went straight over there after meeting at the first dealership and Robert, the Bay Ridge manager did as promised. He even gave me a lower downpayment. I met with Raymond Yu that same day who gave me a VIN # so I could call my insurance company to get a quote. He was also extremely helpful in the introductory process. Along the way I'd get emails and calls to check up on me to see if there was anything else that I needed, especially seeing that I had schedule conflicts. I had some time to burn so I went in a day earlier to see if they could work the deal for me. Robert came out and introduced me to MARK ANTHONY ESMADE, the nicest guy ever for real! He walked my wife and I through the process answering all questions that we asked with clarity. He volunteered pertinent information patiently and ensured that we understood everything along the way. He was open about the options we could have explored and when it was all said and done, we were sure we made the best decisions suitable. Before he moved us to the next step, he again asked if we had any more questions. We were then introduced to JOSEPH CALIXTUS the financial manager, who continued the excellent service.
