I BOUGHT MY HONDA CRV IN 2009 FROM KARIM. MY EXPERIENCE WAS DELIGHTFUL. HIS PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE REALLY HELPED ME SINCE I WAS A NEW DRIVER. I DID MY HOMEWORK WITH CONSUMER AND OTHER SITES AND I WAS SATISFIED WITH HAONDA'S OFFER. THE SERVICE IE PRETTY GOOD.....IN FASCT VERY GOOD. I RECENTLY VISITED BAY RIDGE HONA AGAIN TO EXTEND MY WARRANTY, AND RECCOMEND A FRIEND TO LEASE A CAR....BOTH WERE HANDELED BY KARIM AND ROBBIE SCARPACI. I WOULD RECCOMEND MORE FRIENDS AGAIN. More

I came into BayRidge Honda on July 28th, 2012 and worked with Jhonnattan Vallero and Robert Scarpaci. They were very polite and asked questions to guage whether my needs were being met, which made me feel v with Jhonnattan Vallero and Robert Scarpaci. When it came down to discussing the numbers associated with purchasing the vehicle, they both seemed to try and work out a solution that would work well for the both of us. I am not going to lie, somethings could have been done better the first time around. But to their credit, I had an opportunity to have my opinions heard and both Jhonnattan and Robert made great efforts to smooth things out. Jhonnattan responded quickly to questions or needs that I might have had. Probably the most important thing to me that I really appreciated was the time that Robert Scarpaci spent going over some of the vehicle protection plan material. I had a hard time understanding the coverages offered in the package, its cost, and its value. Even though I was hesitant and skeptical to keep the vehicle protection plan, he spent some more time explaining the price and its relative value. He seemed sincere when speaking about the value the plan offered to past/other customers and wanting to protect my investment, so I thought I would give the extended warranty a chance. I can honestly say these two gentlemen are part of the backbone that helps Bay Ridge Honda provide customer satisfaction. More

It's too bad that all of the sales that are advertised are tied to HON and not American Honda Finance...but that is not the fault of the sales people. The were great! having done a substantial amount of research before finally deciding on a new honda civic hf, it was a bit of a chore finding the right dealer. i called or otherwise contacted at least 5 honda dealers finally deciding on a new honda civic hf, it was a bit of a chore finding the right dealer. i called or otherwise contacted at least 5 honda dealers before finally settling on bay ridge for my purchase. they were by far the friendliest and most accommodating upon my initial contact (thanks, SImone!), they went so far as to hold the car i was interested in for nearly a week (they only had 1 left in stock!). went in, as i promised, early saturday morning, and by mid afternoon was driving away with a brand new car!! Andy was by far the most easygoing car salesman i've ever dealt with, and in the last 4 weeks i've dealt with a lot. he was respectful, thoughtful (he programmed my radio with excellent suggested listening based on one or two comments my wife made during the sales process), and careful not to *accidentally* overcharge me in any way when calculating the lease terms. i never thought i'd say that i had a nice experience buying a car, but thanks to Andy at bay ridge honda, i certainly did. special mention to dwayne markland in the finance dept. super nice guy, and we were in and out in less than 10 mins when it was our turn for the dreaded credit check! Leasing or buying a new car can be a exasperating task, but everyone I met at Bay Ridge Honda, made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Sales consultant Sean Park and finance but everyone I met at Bay Ridge Honda, made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Sales consultant Sean Park and finance manager Dwayne Markland worked with me in a professional, effective manner to create an excellent lease agreement. They gave me a fair price for my old car and were able to get the exact 2012 Honda Accord SE that I wanted to lease quickly, even though they did not have it in stock. Both Sean and Dwayne clearly explained all the details and nuances of our lease agreement throughout the process. There were no surprises, a big plus for me when transacting with car dealerships. I left Bay Ridge Honda in my new car with a happy, upbeat feeling. They are highly recommended. Thank you Sean and Dwayne. More
