I went to Bay Ridge Honda to check out a vehicle (2012 Honda Fit) I had wanted to purchase and this dealership was the only one in my area which had the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted. When I arrived I checked out the vehicle and since I had researched the vehicle beforehand it only took me a matter of minutes to make a decision. I asked for a salesperson who could assist me and I was met with Mark Dance who was a kind, polite, and honest salesman who made the process relatively painless. I was with my parents a few months earlier to purchase a vehicle at a different dealership and although our salesperson at that dealership also seemed to come off as a nice person the whole process seemed overly drawn out and tiring so I had something in recent memory to compare my experiences. Everyone at Bay Ridge Honda seemed knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. I can't say how happy I was to do business with Mr. Dance and I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle there to seek him out. He was a new addition to that dealership and he's been very helpful and communicative with me even after my purchase and has readily been on hand to help me with some mild issues I've had since my purchase. Which helps me feel that in retrospect I made the right choice to go to this dealership even though it was out of my way. Some salesmen sell you a vehicle give you the keys and send you on your merry way and should you ever have any issues they're unavailable to come to your aid. I've owned my new vehicle for nearly a month and over the course of the next few years when I return for service visits should all my encounters be as pleasant as they have been up until now I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership in the future. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle and apparently I'm not alone. If you look at the reviews I think their track record speaks for itself. More

Mark was very professional and personable. He told us what we could get and what it would cost. He helped us get our insurance and to top it off he said we'd have the car by the next day.
