Avoid Bay City Motors at all costs! Bought an 08 Jetta here that had a fraudulent inspection sticker. It took the involvement of the Maine State Police to get the inspectable items repaired and the car s here that had a fraudulent inspection sticker. I should of shopped local instead of thinking I could get a better deal online. His shops work speaks for itself. After I got my car back from the clutch job a couple thousand miles later my hpfp went . Hpfp' are known to go In 335's. He helped me out and got that replaced with a new oem hpfp and oem parts! Im gonna be looking for another car soon and Frank at Bay city will be who I'll be seeing for that! I won't bring my car to be serviced anywhere else. Excellent Since 2012, I have bought three vehicles from Baycity Motors. The first, was a WRX. This car gave me no problems. I loved it. Unfortunately, it was to Since 2012, I have bought three vehicles from Baycity Motors. The first, was a WRX. This car gave me no problems. I loved it. Unfortunately, it was totaled in an accident. I was t-boned by a Suburban. Because I found security in that subaru, I knew I needed another one. I called Bay City. At that time, they did not have one. Within no time at all, Baycity got 2 WRX's in. I went to buy my second one. I drove this for 4 years. Absolutely loved it! After 4 years, I decided to trade the WRX for a Forester. Bought the Forester from a DIFFERENT dealership. Within six months, the engine blew in the Forester. (The gamble anyone takes when buying a used vehicle.) I was left with a large debt and no vehicle. So, here find myself back at BayCity. This time I bought a VW Jetta. If it wasn't for the courtesy/compassion I received from Bay City, I would not have any other means to get to and from work. I will always remain grateful to Bay City for always finding a way to be supportive of my needs. More
