I worked with Zach at Baxter to get my 2021 VW Tiguan and his service was nothing less than amazing! He was personable, intentional and quick to answer any and all of my questions. Do not trust this dealership. After so many inconsistencies, the general manager sent me an email to review my recent service experience.
