I bought a 2021 Jetta from Baxter Village point a few months back. The sales experience was painless and I am happy with the vehicle as it is one of the nicest and best engineer cars I’ve ever owned. months back. I took it in for the 40,000 mile service which was change the oil check the brake pads rotate the tires check the brake fluid and I use the car for my delivery business. We collectively decided to change the transmission fluid as the car will be enduring extreme driving conditions, driving from Omaha to Kansas City five nights a week. They checked what needed to be checked, and did what needed to be done without any surprises. This is my first car from particular dealership and it’s only my first service many more will come and go as I rack up about 60 to 70,000 miles a year. we know that it is a quality car, and in many way, I’m putting my life in their hands since I drive to Kansas City at 2 AM and winter is coming up. Nobody likes any surprise cost or finding out they didn’t read the small print, whatever they recommend, above and beyond what the manufacturer suggests, I expect to be notified So we can discuss it. So far it’s been a very pleasant experience and is a wonderful. Shout out to the crew at Baxter. More
