Last week while driving on Center Street I drove through an accident. My right front tire was punctured and I had to have my 2021 Jetta taken to the dealership. ******do your research before going to Baxter****** Let’s start this out with, I thought this location would be all in all better after dealing with their la vista location and having a Baxter****** Let’s start this out with, I thought this location would be all in all better after dealing with their la vista location and having a vehicle being bought back. Boy was I wrong. I had a 20 golf ending up being a buyback and I got a 20 GTi as an replacement. Everything was going good until this past month and they showed their true colors again. I have an issues with this GTI where a fault for the brake booster would come on(and it’s still happening) so I took it into service. Their tech took it for a joyride going 11mph over the posted speed limit 2 miles away from the dealer. They’re trying to play it off as a test drive. Thing is going that fast with a car that’s having brake issues is asinine. They also spilled something in the passenger side of the interior where there was also grease marks on the doorcard. They totally ignored the speeding or anything and now it’s gotten to the point where they are ignoring me. I cancelled a aftermarket warranty over a month ago that they refuse to give me any information on. They supposedly sent the check two weeks ago but VW has not received it, told me to ask for a tracking number or any references on the check or a check number so they can help search, but now the dealer will not reply. If I do end up keeping this car I will be going to Schworer only as they have 100% better customer service as well as communication then Baxter does. They also told me I’m not the first they’ve heard of this happening to that’s came to them. That’s saying something. More
