Worst car buying experience and very stereotypical sleezy sales style. I worked with Rashad to place an order for a new 2022 VW Atlas in February. The order was placed incorrectly and then I was given multip sales style. I worked with Rashad to place an order for a new 2022 VW Atlas in February. The order was placed incorrectly and then I was given multiple incorrect estimated arrival times throughout the process. The car buying process took over 2 weeks to complete from the time the car arrived on the lot to when the final paperwork was completed. Multiple surprise fees were listed on my final documents that were not disclosed when I placed the order for the vehicle in February. The price of the vehicle built on VW.com was not the same as what was shown on the purchase paperwork due to approximately $2000 of additional add-ons that are non-negotiable. Rashad did not show up when I arrived at the dealership for an agreed upon appointment time. He was then completely absent during the remainder of the finalization process for the following 2 weeks until the final purchase agreement was signed. He did not do a final vehicle delivery with a feature demonstration and set-up. When we began discussions about the trade-in value for my car, I was told that the Kelly Blue Book value and current market values for similar cars did not matter and that they could not sell my car for that value. So this pushed the trade-in value for my car down substantially. My car is posted on their website for the value that I estimated it would be sold for, but I was bullied into thinking that it wouldn't be listed for that amount by numerous staff in the sales department. The only people who were helpful during this process were Genna and Kendra. If I could have found the same car on another lot, I would have walked away as fast as I could have from this dealership. Will never return. More
