My husband and I had been on the hunt for a mid size SUV to replace our 2011 Buick Enclave. There were no hidden fees and options were clearly explained as options. We left the lot with our (new to us) Palisade after just a few hours. After a long day of shopping we wound up at Baxter VW, Jason and Jake greeted us and listened to our needs. After some discussion they showed us a variety of new and used models that fit our needs. From the top end to much lower priced used they never pressured us to make a decision one way or another but assisted in helping us debate the right vehicle for our family. When we found the right model on a different lot Jason assisted us with the paperwork while Jake retrieved the car. We had our 3 children with us and everyone was welcoming and helpful with them as well. I have never left a dealership with a better feeling of being treated as a person and not just a sale. 5 stars was not enough. I highly recommend Baxter VW La Vista as well as Jason and Jake. More
