I love the quality and friendliness from the recptionist to the dealer. Luke has a different personality than the salesman Dave that we originally worked with. I purchased 2 passats and 1 Chysler van from this dealer. I highly recommend and often do when asked. We have move out of the area, but plan on buying from them again. I like manager Shoo, whom I call Jimmy. he is very helpful and goes out of his way to work with clients. The receptionist are also very friendly and I often joked with them when calling. I only wish the economy and job market were better so I could come back and get a VW van. I love the service dept and recommend them highly.
