I purchased a vehicle elsewhere because Darren was the worst salesperson I’ve dealt with at this location. He was abrupt, inattentive and rude. I purchased two vehicles previously and Clayton Grice was ex worst salesperson I’ve dealt with at this location. He was abrupt, inattentive and rude. So first off this dealership has misinformed me throughout the whole process along with miscommunication or no communication at all. I went here because they had a car I’ve been wanting for a while throughout the whole process along with miscommunication or no communication at all. I went here because they had a car I’ve been wanting for a while now. When I went to go look at it I fell in love with it. It runs great has all the bells and whistles( more than my last car for sure) it’s so clean and well taken care of that it looks brand new. The salesman was very polite and ran me through the features of the car thoroughly. We got to talking numbers and everything was fine went fine until we got to the taxes portion of it. I told them specifically that I couldn’t afford a lot to plate the car. They informed me that since the value of my trade was more than the value of my car and because I recently plated my previous car that it wouldn’t be much. So we go into sign the paperwork and what’s on the forms? The entire tax title and licensing fees. Seems that since I had previously had a lease what they told me no longer applied. That was strike one. Strike 2 occurred when i went to go sign my titles and all that. Signed the paperwork and I thought I was finally free until I needed service. Well come Monday I got a text saying that I had to come in and sign my title.... I was literally just there! Asked 4 times if I needed to sign anything else, they simply replied no your all good. Waste of time. Strike 3 occurred when I went to go plate my car and they had the wrong information on the title and It got sent to the wrong county. I spent most of the day at the dmv and had to use my sick hours to make up for the hours missed. And here we are with the dealership telling me that my payment was due on December 12th but when I logged into my account it says my payment is due tomorrow backstory on that, I never received the packet they said would have all of the account information and everything and I tried reaching out to them to get that only to be pushed to the side. So F***YOU Baxter Volkswagen Lavista! All you wanted was the money. The only reason I kept coming back was because I love the car I got! That’s it. More
Service unfortunately has gone back to the clown show it used to be with Jana moved over to West dodge. I have been driving Toyota’s since the 90,s. Took my 2018 for an oil change with a 2 hour wait. Walked over to Vw Collin was above and beyond Came home that day with a a new Vw.
