Scheduled an oil change and they said it would be about an hour. Immediately met by a very friendly woman who asked me if I would like a free car wash after the oil change... A big YES. A good buying experience. We were a little concerned about car shopping during the pandemic but were pleased to see 100% mask wearing and nearly constant wiping of surfaces. Sales desk had a plexiglass barrier and we did not have to go back into a cramped office for the financial transaction. Everything was handled out in the large open showroom. Adam Holland was GREAT to work with! Although we had an idea of what we wanted he quickly searched to find the car interior we had not seen and had it brought up to the front door. He had very good knowledge of the Highlander's features. Adam will be our go-to guy the next time we purchase a car. We were able to take the car on a test drive by ourselves and had plenty of time to decide. We highly recommend asking for Adam Holland when visiting Baxter Toyota. After we had agreed to buy with Adam, we were disappointed in the big city attempt to sell us on extended warranty after we said we weren't interested by Brandon and Bill in Finance (both from Omaha).
