We are so happy with our Toyota Experience !!!! Honestly was “just looking”. There was not a whole lot to look at on the Lot. Art took time to take us inside and just talk to us about Toyota and the choic was “just looking”. There was not a whole lot to look at on the Lot. Art took time to take us inside and just talk to us about Toyota and the choices they had to offer us. (We were GMC customers).Had a great conversation! Spent time with us with NO PRESSURE. We left that day impressed with the dealership but not sure what we wanted to do. Fast forward a week and we decided to drive through the lot to see what they had. We were greeted by a young man named Erich. Art was gone for a few days but offered to answer any questions we had about the vehicles on the Lot. We had no idea what we were looking for but told him what was important to us. He spent so much time talking to us about the different makes and models…Very Impressed with his knowledge. Honestly wasn’t expecting that from someone so young!! Few days later AGAIN went back to see Art or Erich. Erich suggested we test drive the Venza Hybrid and we were hooked on Toyota. We drove him crazy with repeated questions on comparisons but he was beyond patient. Overall so happy with the total experience. Art, Erich, Tobias. All great guys. Can’t wait until we are ready to trade off our truck. Erich says there’s a new model out next year !!!!! More
