Extremely Unprofessional Sales experience at Baxter was horrible. Salesperson on test drive started talking about "Asian" drivers and how bad they were. Then after we didn't accept that our car was worth $500 on trade, the salesperson stood up and declared to the whole dealership that everyone could go home since we weren't close in agreement. After we left and got in the car, then of course someone had to come out and tell us to wait because they could possibly yet do something. After back and forth a few more times, it was left that we would talk on Monday. They took my cell number. No one called on Monday. So I emailed to negotiate a final price - and was then informed that the car was sold on Sunday when they were closed. They then even asked me if there was another car I would be interested in. The car I was trying to buy is still on their website. It is safe to say I will never darken the doors of Baxter Toyota again. Not for sales. Not for service. We have found a great dealership in Elkhorn that we'll now go to and who I will recommend to anyone who will listen. More

Stunning Sales experience We looked at Baxter Toyota of Lincoln as the "One more stop" dealership, as we were pretty confident we knew what care we would end up with. I did s We looked at Baxter Toyota of Lincoln as the "One more stop" dealership, as we were pretty confident we knew what care we would end up with. I did some looking at their inventory online, and found what I thought to be the car closest to the one we were strongly considering and made an appointment. In a very short time, Adam reached out and we scheduled an appointment for a test drive. Adam took his time with us, going through all of the amazing safety and convenience features of the car during our test drive. After that, we weren't so "sure" about our decision any longer. We reached out to Adam and told him what we were thinking as far as colors and options we were looking for, and when he contacted me back saying he could get exactly what I was looking for and offered it at a great price, our decision was made. Adam made all of the arrangements for us, as well as getting some additional accessories (window tint and all-season floor mats) taken care of before delivery so we could leave the lot with the car in the condition we wanted rather than having to make additional appointments and going back and forth. Adam was with us every step of the way, and introduced us to Rex in Finance who did a great job taking care of us and Tai-Ann, our delivery coordinator, who covered every button, knob, and feature of our car, took care of pairing our phones, and made sure we were comfortable before driving off the lot. I would absolutely recommend Adam, Rex, and Tai-Ann at Baxter Toyota of Lincoln to anyone! More
