I am writing this review to share my experience with other people looking for a great mechanic and service manager. Evan has taken very good care of me and my truck for the last three years. He has been other people looking for a great mechanic and service manager. Evan has taken very good care of me and my truck for the last three years. He has been able to advise me on additional purchases, such as tires, without pressure. I feel as though he is being straight with me, when I ask service related questions. He is respectful, knowledgeable, an all around nice guy, who I have recommended to some of my friends. He is honest, and has a great deal of integrity. I feel comfortable recommending Evan to friends. More

James Colombi answered my questions via e-mail faster than any other dealer, and also gave us the best deal. Drove car for three days, and had someone run into my tail end, and totaled out my truck, and than any other dealer, and also gave us the best deal. Bob Gooding was great! He answered all my questions over the phone and also sent me pictures of the Rav 4 before we made the drive to Lincoln. They tried to give me significantly less than fair value for my trade in. They wouldn't even give me half of what KBB, Edmunds, or Manheim, say. They even printed up the reports that showed my vehicle in for my trade in. They wouldn't even give me half of what KBB, Edmunds, or Manheim, say. They even printed up the reports that showed my vehicle in "good," condition was worth more than twice what they were willing to give me on my trade. They tried saying they felt the transmission was slipping. I drive that car every day and have never had any issues. I think they are very unethical. This should have been the easiest sale they made. I was paying asking price and I was asking dealer trade in value, but they tried to maximize their profits at my expense. I think them making a few thousand dollars for an hour of work was worth their time, but they didn't agree. I went to another dealership, the used car manager drove my car for a few miles and didn't notice any transmission issues. I would stay away from this Performance. I feel it was very unethical of them to make false statements in an attempt to "steal," my trade. Oh, on another note, they were trying to charge me a few percentage points higher than the rate my credit union has posted. So, if you need to buy from them it is best to arrange financing first and sell your car outright. More
