We left believing they were offering a fair price for that vehicle because of what they had in it, but we just weren't able to come to that price. A week later, we found another vehicle that we were interested in, and I contacted Adam right away, and he made an appointment with us the next morning, and this time they were able to meet us on a price we could afford. Adam made the process easy and comfortable, and even the financial person we worked with made the purchase easy and understandable. I feel bad that I don't remember his name - he was a young man, very friendly and personable, and wanted us to get exactly what we need but at an affordable price and interest rate. In addition, we also talked to John about a concern with the transmission fluid, and he was patient and knowledgeable as well. Overall, thanks for a great experience. More
