Purchased 2018 Highlander Hybrid Mark Langston was excellent to deal with. He was courteous & professional. After a week, I called the service department and scheduled it myself. That said, I love my new car and am very happy I purchased from Baxter here in Lincoln. More

Purchased a new Toyota Highlander i purchased a new Highlander via the internet and arrived to close the deal. Cullen West handled the transaction at the dealership and was attentive, helpful and showed my wife and I courtesy. the entire experience was great with one exception - we felt it took a long time to handle the paperwork - 3 hours. Perhaps it was just a busy day but to pick up the vehicle and complete the paperwork we spent most of the 3 hours waiting. so far we are very happy with our purchase. More
