Nice facility and no pressure staff, easy to work with. Disappointed with salesman, Bob. The only thing we asked for was if they could fill the tank of our new purchase. Thinking it would be a nice “thank you for doing business with us”. We were told that it was our salesman’s call, Bob. He did Not grant us our request yet when we drove across the street to fill up with gas we saw another salesperson fill a car up that he told he was in the process of selling. We assumed Bob did not want to take the gas cost out of his commission. We noticed a few scuff marks on driver’s side rear panel and asked they could buff those out. Bob immediately took the vehicle into the shop to have it done. They also washed the truck which was nice. But, when the vehicle was done and parked we noticed a few more scuffs on other areas of truck. Wondered why they wouldn’t make a walk around the vehicle to see if any other areas also needed to be buffed but they didn’t do that. Majority of truck was very clean except for crumbs and such left in seat folds. A better eye for detail and thoroughness would have made experience much better and made us repeat buyers. More
