Before I left he thoroughly explained everything in the car including all of the various buttons and screens. He seemed to really like what he was doing. Others in the dealership were helpful also. I do have one negative I would like to comment on which is Toyota related I guess. I spent over $30K for a new vehicle and that didn't warrant a Key Fob? $30K + for a new vehicle and I have to unlock the door like it is 1970? That was a negative in what was otherwise a smooth experience. More
