I was served by Jim Shu and he was truly friendly and very willing to work things out with me throughout the process. He was very honest and made me feel at ease with checking out the cars they had! I think the only hiccup was a misunderstanding between us when discussing “The Mechanic” service policy; my interpretation of what she said was that they always replace the hybrid battery, like with wear and rear but they don’t! Important to read those contracts. But still, she was super friendly and I liked my experiences with her! The manager as well, David Pipes, was also cordial and honest and very willing to work with me. The dealership honored its 7 day return policy!!! I’m bummed that the car was not right for me but I’m truly grateful that Baxter Toyota had good people and honest service. More
