I was served by Jim Shu and he was truly friendly and very willing to work things out with me throughout the process. He was very honest and made me feel at ease with checking out the cars they had! I think the only hiccup was a misunderstanding between us when discussing “The Mechanic” service policy; my interpretation of what she said was that they always replace the hybrid battery, like with wear and rear but they don’t! Important to read those contracts. But still, she was super friendly and I liked my experiences with her! The manager as well, David Pipes, was also cordial and honest and very willing to work with me. The dealership honored its 7 day return policy!!! I’m bummed that the car was not right for me but I’m truly grateful that Baxter Toyota had good people and honest service. More

Our car buying experience at Baxter Toyota was excellent. Michael Ficenec was our sales person and he was great to work with. Initially we were thinking of purchasing a RAV 4 hybrid and were able to take a Michael Ficenec was our sales person and he was great to work with. Initially we were thinking of purchasing a RAV 4 hybrid and were able to take a test drive, but also tried the Venza hybrid and purchased it instead. Michael was so helpful! He answered all of our questions and we never felt any pressure — he wanted to make sure we were choosing the car that best suited our needs. He kept us informed throughout the process. We actually were able to buy our Venza ahead of the projected date of availability and are very pleased with it. Michael spent time to “walk us through” the Venza, and encouraged us to call with any questions or concerns as we get used to our new car.
