We began shopping for a Tacoma in the Fall of 2021. After having a poor experience at a different dealership, a friend recommended we check out Baxter Toyota of La Vista. We had done our research and knew exactly what we were looking for. When we arrived at the dealership we were quickly introduced to Matt Phillips in the showroom. Matt sat down with us and listened carefully to our wants and needs. He was upfront about the current supply chain issues but vowed to provide quality communication while we waited –and that he did. It took almost five months for our truck to arrive, but Matt provided consistent updates and answered our questions promptly. When our truck finally arrived in Omaha, Matt (and team) stayed well into the evening to get our trade in handled and paperwork taken care of.
