(Even helped out the next day when I had further questions!) (BUYING TIME) Later in the day, I came in to talk numbers and had only been waiting 5 minutes when Bob assigned me Nancy Carrasco (He was busy with another customer). Phenomenal customer service, and professionalism. Nancy was very personable, asked the right questions and I truly felt like she was looking out for my best interest. Andrew, the sales manager was upbeat and friendly, even during the negotiation process- he made it feel smooth, and almost fun to hassle them a bit! I felt valued and taken care of, and at ease throughout the whole process. I had been car shopping for 8 months, and everything felt right about this purchase.
