This is my first time purchasing a vehicle from Baxter La Vista & I must say, it has been the most enjoyable experience at a dealership in all my years. I had already done all my research before going up the Vista & I must say, it has been the most enjoyable experience at a dealership in all my years. I had already done all my research before going up there, so I knew what I wanted & I knew I didn't want to be hassled, just informed & that's exactly what I got. It took me about four days to decide whether I wanted to make this big purchase or not. From day one, Juanita showed me exactly what I wanted to see, along with other options. I was able to test drive the vehicle at home for a couple days without the dealership hounding me about "how do you like it", "does it seem like a good fit", etc. I looked at the truck Monday, went back on Thursday & the paperwork took no more than an hour, hour and a half b/c they sent me financial paperwork via email to make the process go faster in person. The truck was given to me spotless with a full tank of gas. I got what I wanted & the customer service made the experience quick & painless.
