Service Satisfaction was Not a priority I came in to have a warranty enhancement done.On the original inspection (April 12) I was told the parts were not in stock. The light was temporarily I came in to have a warranty enhancement done.On the original inspection (April 12) I was told the parts were not in stock. The light was temporarily repaired and I was charged to have other lights replaced. I was told at that time it would be "a couple" weeks before the parts were in. I called the following month and they were still not in. When I was finally notified in June that the parts were in, I was given 30 days to make an appointment or the parts would be returned. On arrival for my appointment, I was told it would take a "couple" hours I asked if they would clarify "a couple" and was told usually 2 hours but could be a little more. Without a loan vehicle available, I elected to wait. I arrived at 9:30 am and had a lunch appointment that was somewhat flexible.. At 2 hours I figured I would give it another hour. I was reading and don't tend to be a clock watcher. After 4 hours I finally texted to the service manager and asked what the problem was. I was told my car was ready and they were sorry they hadn't let me know earlier. On getting my paperwork I saw that the car had been ready since 10:52. (about 1 and 1/2 hours) It sat outside and I was not notified. My lunch appointment was severely delayed and I was not able to finish my other tasks for my day off. I also needed to text for my key location as it had been put under the cup holder in the armrest. I find your location somewhat out of the way and was willing to drive as I had received good service on my original purchase and followup.The whole handling of the warranty service was off. I will be looking for another dealer for future needs. More

It took about two months for them to arrive. The second trip in we were informed it would take about two and a half hours to complete the repair. We arrived about three hours later and were informed it would be another hour. One hour later the car was still not completed, so we waited another 30 min. You would think that kind of service would deserve a "sorry about that". Nope! More

I then worked with William Whitman (Michael had a pre-set appointment with another client ) who I feel went above and beyond in getting me my 2018 Toyota Rav 4 as we looked at a couple of other vehicles prior to my settling on this vehicle. William took the time needed and theh some to explain to me the features of my vehicle, etc. He was also willing to go in on his day off for me to pick up my vehicle. A shout out to Ed and Dario that also went above and beyond as well.... I will definitely recommend your dealership and these employees to others.
