Everybody involved at Baxter Toyota La Vista helped us out immensely. They looked out for our best interests. They were great to deal with, from beginning to end, especially our sales manager, who went us out immensely. They looked out for our best interests. He spent hours assisting us and ensured we had everything we wanted in our car. When we asked to have mudflaps and a dashcam installed, once the parts arrived, he met us at the Service Bay and ensured those accessories would be installed free of charge. Gus took care of all of the details, and even contacted us on the status of our car on his day off. We appreciated the quality of personal service that Gus gave us. We also wanted to acknowledge the assistance we received from Johhny Nesci and Riley Specht. They assisted us in setting up the car computer and cell phone apps, step by step. As an owner of a 2008 Toyota RAV4 Limited, I knew I was a Toyota RAV4 owner for life since we're a Toyota family with a 2018 Toyota Tundra and a 2018 Toyota RAV4. Although the newer Toyota RAV4s do not have Toyota RAV4 owner for life since we're a Toyota family with a 2018 Toyota Tundra and a 2018 Toyota RAV4. Although the newer Toyota RAV4s do not have the V6 engine option as I had on my 2008 RAV4, there were some other options we knew that we wanted. Michael Ficenec was awesome to work with. He made the experience very pleasant, no pressure and was able to answer all our questions. This was the first time we left the dealership, with our "new-to us" 2021 Toyota RAV4 with all the options we wanted, and we were pleased with the purchase price and the ease of the transaction.
