Also free WiFi helps you work remotely while being out of the office so there’s no loss of productivity. And when it’s not routine maintenance as was this last experience, courtesy van drivers can take you back and forth to the office. The service personal text you keeping you in the loop on the status of your repairs. But most importantly, they were able to diagnose and fix the problem on a single visit! More

First experience with warranty problem was disappointing. I had moisture in my left headlight of my two year old Toyota. I was told that moisture came through a scratch of approx 1 inch in length and 1/64 inc I had moisture in my left headlight of my two year old Toyota. I was told that moisture came through a scratch of approx 1 inch in length and 1/64 inch wide. Therefore no warranty coverage. No determination was mentioned about its depth. One repair shop tried to force water and air through the scratch to no avail. The other one examined the scratch and also determined that the scratch was not the problem because of insufficient depth. Baxter employees could have made the same tests. Fortunately, I got I explain this to Scott Woodruff and after examining the headlight he determined the headlight should be replaced at no cost to me. Scott somewhat restored my confidence in Baxter but I am apprehensive about the approach Baxter will take should I have a warranty issue. Baxter needs more employees as conscientious as Scott Woodruff who care about Baxter/Customer relations keeping in mind the interest of both. i More
