Justin D was awesome to work with-very personable and explained the process well. I had to put in for my van and wait for the dealer to ship one, but it was much quicker than I expected. Once it came i explained the process well. I had to put in for my van and wait for the dealer to ship one, but it was much quicker than I expected. Once it came in, the process to purchase went smoothly and everyone at Baxter was so nice and helpful. It was my first new car purchase and I couldn't be happier with how it all worked out. Juanita was a delight to work with. I was greeted by her sincerity that lasted all the way through my buying process. I wasn't sure when I would get my new vehicle or how to sort thro I was greeted by her sincerity that lasted all the way through my buying process. I wasn't sure when I would get my new vehicle or how to sort through all the details... but with her willingness to stay in my corner and answer all my questions with patience and transparency, I was able to feel confident with my purchase of a 2023 hybrid rav4. I am grateful to say, this is the first experience I've had with any dealership or salesperson where I felt consistently treated with respect and dignity. She and her manager went above and beyond to make sure I had ease in the process of buying a car which is usually arduous, stressful and confusing. My current car was dead, and they even delivered it to me at my house to test drive overnight!! I can't believe I'm saying this, but I am actually looking forward to needing to go back for my next oil change. You won't regret being served by Juanita and seemingly, Baxter at large. More
