I had a terrible experience with salesperson Juanita. She does not have any communication skills or selling skills. I almost changed my mind about the purchase because of her. When I arrived I had to wait for a little while and then she sent me Cecilia which was the only good thing this Juanita did. we liked Cecilia and wished that she was the one helped us throughout the entire process. But unfortunately we got back to Juanita who treated me with disrespect and did not valued me as a customer who has been dealing with toyota for many years. A month ago I was offered 14,500$ for my 2017 rav4 trade in from another salesperson Tommy at same location but she said $12,500 when I said no she told me will give u $200 more. Haha !!!??? Like if I am begging for money but when she saw me putting my jacket on getting ready to leave, she came running offering us 13,500$. Surprised a well-known and high reputation name like toyota have someone like that Juanita to represent. If u have to go to lavista location, DON'T DEAL WITH Juanita More

Baxter Toyota has changed the car buying experience. Sicilia was a pleasure to work with. At the conclusion of each step she asked the same question, "what would -you- like to do next?" No high pressure but rather consultation and professionalism. Emily is truly a product specialist and an expert one. We didn't begin our test drive until she answered every question and there were many. she was happy to take a second one to confirm our decision to "go corolla". I had a great experience with Sicilia and Emily! Sicilia found the car I wanted and helped with the financial paperwork. I didn’t feel any kind of pressure to purchase any of the extras. She simply educated me on what’s offered and how it could benefit me. Emily helped me hook up everything in my new car and follow up a couple days later to make sure everything was still working as expected!
